This was a masterpiece of papers written by Alexander Hamilton, James Madison, and John Jay. Many of you may be familiar with these cause of the broadway play Alexander Hamilton. This was supposed to help get people hyped over ratification and was agreed on September 17 1787 but wasn't published till several months later. This was supposed to be put in the newspapers to have a influence on the people to choose to ratify the constitution and it worked so Yay for them.
