Descripción:
The colonists began to refuse to buy British goods until the Sugar Act was repealed because they saw the act as unlawful because the colonies were not represented in Parliament. This caused Britain to take stricter action and pass more taxes. These boycotts led to the repeal of the Stamp Act and partial repeal of the Townshend Acts.
