Descripción:
The Brown v. Board of Education court case takes place. Esther Brown was the woman who was fighting against the Board of Education (Topeka). She noticed that the school system established by Plessy v. Ferguson was in fact not equal, but so unequal, that it was becoming a serious problem. Eventually, Brown took her problem to court and won, causing forced integration to begin.
