President Roosevelt met with other leaders to begin talking about a plan for peace. The meeting was held in Morocco, Africa. Here they agreed that Roosevelt would postpone the opening of the western front. They agreed that they would focus on fighting the Axis powers and bombing Germany. This was a turning point of the war because leaders got together to discuss key plots of the war. This event proved America's commitment to winning the war.
