John Brown had a plan to attack and still hundreds of weapons. He and his 5 sons were willing to die for this mission. If they were going to do this then they hoped that when they got over there that the slaves would join them and go against the slave owners. But when they got over there none of the slaves would join them. They were cornered and in the morning the army of Robert E. Lee came and killed John Brown's sons and they captured him and was sentence to death in front of the town.
