This Treaty was negotiated between the Allied powers with little help from Germany and the signing of it ended WWI. There was major diversity between the British and Americans who didn’t want to blame the war entirely on Germany and The French who wanted to forced Germany to pay reparations so they could never declare war on France again. In the end, this Treaty assigned Germany many War reparations and assigned its boundaries and Germany agreed to pay War reparations because and under the Young and Dawes Plans. However in 1832 those plans were cancelled and Hitler's rise to power ended any remaining pieces of the plans.
