Greatest threat to slave vendors. Forbade them to work on Sundays because lord's day. Also prohibited slaves from growing their own food and visiting off their plantations for assemblies of dances. Aimed to reduce slaves to a completely dependent caste. However, the slave code was kind of ignored by governors.
