Descripción:
An epic poem set in the Forest of Dean during the Wars of the Roses. It was inspired by two tombs in the churchyard in Newland where he lived. Ducarel was born in Calcutta, his father worked for the East India company, his mother was Indian. The book described many Forest locations.
