20 янв 2069 г. - Cognitive Development The brain begins to lose its ability to remember things well. Short term memory becomes an issue and this is due to the decrease in the speed of encoding, storage, and retrieval of memory. I am frustrated that it is harder to remember things and I keep a journal to jot down ideas before I forget and it helps out greatly.
