(1688-1689) King James Ⅱ was replaced by his daughter Mary Ⅱ and her husband William Ⅲ, it’s also known as the bloodless revolution.
Importance:
This exchange of power placed parliament as the ruling body of the government permanently in England. When James Ⅱ was king he had direct control over the colonies. This sparked the idea of rebellion in american colonists
