1 jan 1848 ano - Later on in the 1800s, most human waste in England
was outside because of the lack of toilets for their increasing population.
Furthermore, because of this problem, it led to the Public Health Act in 1848
and the Sanitary Act in 1866, making the local authorities in charge of
regulating sanitation.
