upon arriving to the patients residence I was met by LVN Gina Lyles who informed me that the patient had a habit of removing his clothes and sexually harassing the nurses, then she left. Later that shift, Omar the Supervisor showed up to remind the patient that he had blood work to go do the next day and to give me a MAR to transcribe. After he left and the girlfriend went into the room and closed the door, the patient disrobed and began to make unwanted advances using vulgar language and walking around naked.
