Descrição:
The Kansas-Nebraska Act allowed Kansas and Nebraska to pick if they were freed or slaved. The south slowly kept expanding into the north. The north did not want the south to get any bigger so they had to do something about it. This angered the north because the slaved states were coming more into the north.
