He is kicked out of defence squad over making a mess after killing someone. His behaviour is erratic and bosses don't trust him to follow orders. Since he has a wide web of connections thanks to gaol and his obsession with blackmail and being nosy, Noritake manages to stay in the family as a solo fact finder.
Duties:
- Investigate people and track them down
- Broker deals in the bosses' names
- Assasinations (Internationally, the ones in Japan are usually handled by private security and defence squad)
- Sokaya and racketeering, dig out dirt and blackmail people into compliance.
- Oversee drug production and distribution in southeast Asia.
