Nicknamed "Upright Man" because of the fact that they were the first to stand completely upright. They existed approximately 1 million to 100,00 years ago. They were around for some 950,00 years. They were the first to hunt animals and create fire as well. They were able to catch their prey and then cook it on a fire. An inference we can make about this scull is that the Homo Erectus had a larger brain than Homo Habilis. An observation we can make about the scull in the video above, is that they had larger brains than Homo Habilis.
