The human rights law is an international law made possible due to globalization and its impact on political factors. This law recognizes that basic rights and fundamental freedoms are inherent to all human beings, inalienable and equally applicable to everyone, and that every one of us is born free and equal in dignity and rights. Canada's human rights law stems from this law and protects every Canadians right to be treated equally under this law. Canada's human rights law and the international rights law are made possible due to globalization and its impact on political factors.
