The Intolerable Acts (mar 31, 1774 – jun 22, 1774)
Description:
The Intolerable Acts includes the Boston Port Act, the Administration of Justice Act, the Massachusetts Government Act, the Quartering Act of 1774, and the Quebec Act. All of these acts were last attempts of Great Britain to keep the colonies in line. They closed ports, changed power roles in government, and heightened the justice system. These efforts only angered the colonists more.
