Third Punic War (oct 17, 149 BC – jul 17, 146 BC)

Description:

The Third Punic War involved Rome beating and destroying Carthage. They actually destroyed them though. They also slated the ground were it once stood so nothing could be grown there for a long time so even if they wanted to rebuild they couldn't because they couldn't grow crops anymore. They killed there main rival so they got to relax for a little bit that is why it is important.
