Description:

Cranford Schools and TMI consultants will plan, organize and facilitate a series of strategic planning work sessions with the public and supporting stakeholder groups (i.e., Strategic Planning Steering Committee and Council), to include: a) presentation of baseline narrative (i.e., current state of District); b) collective identification of current strengths, challenges and opportunities; c) formulation of shared vision, mission and values; and d) development of goals and aligned objectives.
