Description:
The Yalta Conference was a meeting of European and Soviet leaders for discussing the post-war future of Europe and Germany in anticipation of the imminent surrender of Germany. The leaders came to a number of decisions and plans, most notably the division of Germany, the Soviet entry into the pacific war, and the Soviet Union's place in the UN.
