Description:
The Age of Exploration was motivated by religion, glory, and gold. When sailors got to the lands, they usually treated the indigenous poorly and exploited them for their resources and money. This time period consisted of trading between Europe and the New World. From the Americas, there was corn, potatoes, chilis, fruits, and tobacco shipped to Europe, Africa, and Asia. On the other hand, wheat, sugar, wine, farm animals, and diseases were carried to the New World.
