Dawes Plan (aug 16, 1924 – aug 31, 1929)
Description:
The Dawes Plan was designed to help Germany with its reparation payments. The US would loan money to Germany, Germany would use that money to pay back loans to Britain and France, and in turn, France and Britain would pay back war loans to the US. The plan allowed Germany to make an economic recovery, which led to a temporary worldwide economic recovery.
