Description:
The Berlin Conference, which lasted for about 4 months, marked the official start of the Scramble for Africa. The Europeans would create new borders between countries, greatly affecting Africa’s politics. The Scramble for Africa is agreed by many scholars as one of the main causes as to why the majority of the African continent is behind in technological advancements today.
