Description:

Akbar’s reign in the Mughal empire was important because he advanced the military power, tripled the wealth and size of the empire and created political and social reform. He is an important figure in the Mughal empire since he carved the way Mughal society was run and without him, the Mughal empire would not exist or last as long. This is because he placed the foundations of the Mughal empire and this all was done, during his reign.
