Description:

The League of Nations was an international organization. the laugue of nations was based in Switzerland. it was created after the First World War to provide a place to resolve international disputes before they turned into another world war.

the League of nations was founded on the 10th of january 1920 and operation were ceased on the 20th of april 1946

causes:
- The League of nations was caused by World War 1. it was created to stop all future wars

effects;
- whilst the league of nations did have some success in stopping small disputes, the league of nations was ultimately a failure. the failure of the league of nations resulted in border arguments not being settled, which also lead to the second world war.
