Description:

Hitler became leader of Germany and the Fuhrer.
Causes
- Hitler persuaded the president to hold another election in order to gain more seats
- Political parties were banned. Only the Nazi Party could exist
Effects
- Reorganized the government
- Members of the armed forces had to say an oath that allied them with not only Germany, but Hitler as well.
