Later also detective novels, fantasy novels, and poetry in form of hip-hop.

Fantasy – Lord of the rings, Harry Potter
J.K. Rowling, the writer of Harry Potter, came up with new words to the English dictionary, for example muggle which means non-magical people.

Some things hip-hoppers often are dealing with and is reflected in their music:
A movement that started in the 1970s in the Bronx in New York, a political and societal, criticism, riots, The American Civil Rights Movement, police shootings, school shootings, the law establishment

Rap, breakdancing, fashion, beatboxing
African Bambaataa
Language – patois, soul, Hispanics,
Rhymes and riddles

The hip-hoppers had great influences and they still have it today. Hip-hop is today the bestselling music category.

Personally, I enjoy hip-hop very much. Mostly hip-hoppers that are famous today but also some old hip-hoppers, such as 2pac.
