Helaman II (mar 24, 99 BC – mar 24, 39 BC)
Description:
Son of Helaman I, he was a righteous man. We are not told whether he was the high priest after his father, but I assume that he was.
After the death of the three sons of Pahoran, the people elected Helaman to be the chief judge, a position that he filled in righteousness for about 10 years.
During this time there was an attempt by the Gaddianton Robbers to assassinate him, but it was thwarted by his servant.
After this he led the people in tracking down, arresting, trying, and executing the Gaddianton Robbers.
his birth is never listed, but can be estimated, as we know the year he died.
I list him being born in 99, when his father was 18. He died in 39, making him about 60 years old at his death.
