World War Two (sep 1, 1939 – sep 2, 1945)

Description:

World War II began when the Nazi invaded Poland in 1939. Germany ended up braking the Treaty of Versailles and hell broke out. Nazi Germany invaded Poland through Belgium which were allied with Britain. France and Britain were fed up with Germany and went into war. It was a war between Allied powers (USA, France, Britain, and the USSR) and the Axis powers (Germany, Italy, and Japan). There were many controversies on whether the US should join the war. The US ended up getting involved after Japan attacked Pearl Harbor in 1941. Many died in war as technology had advanced from the first World War. This was also the first time using nuclear weapons as the US dropped two atomic bombs on Japan to end the war. Once Germany and Japan were defeated, Japan was influenced by the US and Germany was split into 4 zones.
