Conservative. Churchill thought he was a great mistake. Suez Canal forced him to step down because it was such a failure. Resigned on "Health Grounds". Good Conservative Majority. Many women voters. Good Head of State Britain was no longer a major power. Stepped down so Conservative wouldn't loose election.
