Haiti War (aug 18, 1922 – feb 17, 1923)
Description:
Following the end of the Great War, German Influence in Haiti was ended under the Geneva Peace Conference. The British, not wanting the country to fall under American influence, assisted Colombian forces in Colombian Haiti with crossing the border into Haiti.
While the Colombian forces overwhelmed the pitiful Haitian forces on the border, the British Navy bombed the coasts. Upon taking the capital, Colombia abolished the government as established a pro-Colombian client state in Haiti.
