Frederick William II (jan 1, 1786 – jan 1, 1797)
Description:
Culture flourished in Germany, Mozart and Beethoven visited him as he encouraged music, theatre, painting and architecture. (enlightened)
Cooperated with a holy roman empire and created an Austro-Prussian alliance due to a common opposition in the French Revolution.
Also introduced a new legal code which had many liberal statutes but was effective in toleration of religious conduct
