Development commences. IT works with BA’s to understand how the website should look and perform based on analysis from UsersBA’s are gathering information in regard to the look and use of the Ci Learn Portal and undercovering the needs of Users. Eliciting information from a technical and functional standpoint
Educators create online courses, prepare for seminars for 2020. Educators work with internal employees to create courses and BA.
