#10 Brown v. Board of Education (dec 9, 1952 – may 17, 1954)
Description:
Brown v. Board of Education was a Supreme Court case in which Brown argued for all races to be able to go to public school together. The case was eventually won by Brown. The laws prohibiting blacks and whites going to school together were decided to be unconstitutional.
