Description:
Before this point, gangs and mafias were primarily formed for the protection of its members when the local law enforcement could not be counted on. As soon as the prohibition of alcohol was passed, these groups formed a new purpose. They started trafficking illegal alcohol under the name of protecting whatthey believed to be a violated right of their members to drink.
