Description:
~The Second Bank of the United states became chartered in 1816 by congress
~Like the first bank, the second bank was limited to a 20-year charter
~To rebuild the public's confidence the bank was slowly managed
~The public believed the this bank was a tool for the wealthy to increase their wealth
~In 1819 the bank was ruled constitutional by the Supreme Court
~In 1832 President Andrew Jackson voted to renewal the bank
