Tuskegee Study (may 19, 1932 – may 19, 1972)
Description:
This study was an immoral and unethical study to see the natural history of Syphilis. This was immoral because the patients were lied to and were told that they were receiving treatment when in fact they weren’t. They were told that it would only last 6 months, but it lasted 40 years.
