Description:
Creation: Rome started under control of a monarchy until the Roman Republic expanded.
Achievements: Some achievements of the Roman Empire were improving infrastructure (concrete, aqueducts, roads, etc.) and helping spread Christianity throughout the empire.
Decline: The decline of Rome was gradual. Some of the main reasons for the fall was trade loss, declining birth rates, a less effective government, inability to expand.
