Description:
Creation: After the Zhou Dynasty fell, the Qin Dynasty assembled with the first real emperor, Xin Shi Huangdi.
Achievements: During the Qin Dynasty, they created standard coins, weights and measures, they began construction on the Great Wall and irrigation systems, and they began taking a National Census.
Decline: The decline of the Qin Dynasty was due to extremely high taxes, attacks on intellectuals, and violent killings by the government.
