Agricultural Revolution (jan 1, 1750 – dec 31, 1880)

Description:

The Agricultural Revolution, which started in 1750 and ended in 1880, was a revolution that happened in Great Britain, where the process of producing crops was innovated. This revolution happened as a result of people finding new ways to produce more crops, faster. As a result of these innovations, it became possible to produce more crops faster, and it required less people to do it. Many machines and ideas, like the seed drill and four crop rotation system, contributed to the increased speed and efficiency of the production of crops. However, a result of the increase of efficiency was that more people needed to move to cities to find new jobs, because they had lost their jobs due to the increased efficiency, meaning less people were needed.
