The Was of the Succession of Landshut (feb 13, 1503 – jul 30, 1505)
Description:
Duchy of Bavarian Munich Vs Duchy of Bavarian Landshut, Electorate of Palatinate
Winner Duchy of Bavarian Munich
Reasons: Inherent Disagreement, An earlier agreement about the Wittelsbach family line stating that if they male family line goes extinct then an other will inherit it. This was established in the Treaty of Pavia 1329. But this agreement broke Imperial law set by the Holy roman empire. That states that if a line goes extinct the Holy Roman Empire shall inherit.
Peace Deal: Duchy of Bavarian Landshut Split between Duchy of Bavarian Munich, Duchy of Palatinate-Nueburg and Imperial City of Nuemburg
