Description:

Native American Revolt against the British

Causes:
Discontentment with British Policies over traditionally Native Lands

Effects:
Added a clause to the Proclamation of 1763 that forbid English colonists to settle west of the Appalachian mountains.
Created much discontentment among the colonist and may have been one of the early contributing factors leading up to the American Revolution
