Chilean Airport Point of Entry and Exit (feb 1, 2003 – feb 1, 2010)

Description:

InteliTrac worked with the Chilean government to develop and implement a biometric security system at the Chilean International Airport/Santiago. InteliTrac was responsible for creating an extensive and permanent biometric software system that provided hardware and software, and created a system that would integrate with their current set-up. This system performs a biometric authenticity check of Customs travel documents. The system included a morphing enhanced facial recognition system to better match loosely controllable people in non-perfect lighting condition to an enhanced face photo database in which each frontal facial photo were morphed into more than 20 orientations. In addition, InteliTrac had to provide training to the employee’s personnel to use the system, provide extensive multi-lingual user guides, and transport a vast amount of goods to meet deliverables. InteliTrac was responsible for providing a multi-lingual 24 hour help desk during the installation, implementation, and training sections of the contract.
