Island of Ogygia (jan 10, 1163 – may 22, 1171)
Description:
Odysseus shipwreck landed on the Island and calypso a sea nymph founded him and kept him there for 8 years as a prisoner. Calypso admired him and wouldn't let him leave. He stayed until Zeus told her to let him leave and Hermes delivered the message. Calypso had to follow orders and helped him build a raft to leave. Odysseus was then tormented by Posiden along the way.
