Tehran and Malta (nov 28, 1943 – dec 3, 1943)
Description:
Tehran was a conference to discuss the allies strategy moving on in the war. This meeting consisted of Joseph Stalin, Franklin D. Roosevelt, and Winston Churchill from 28 November to 1 December 1943. The result of the conference was the Western Allies' committing to open up a second front against Nazi Germany. The Malta conference was to plan the final campaign against the Germans. They agreed on the Russians advancing into central Europe.
