Siege of Leningrad (sep 8, 1941 – jan 27, 1944)
Description:
The Siege of Leningrad, also called the 900 day siege, was a long military blockade fought between Nazi Germany against Leningrad. It lasted for 872 days and resulted in millions of death of citizens who died sue to exposer, diseases, and injuries. The German army bombarded the city. At the end, the victory went to the Soviet army, who was i=encourgarded by Stalin to not give up.
