Rape of Nanking (dec 13, 1937 – jan 1, 1938)

Description:

Throughout the Sino-Japanese War, Nanking was taken over by the Japanese forces. To further destroy China, Japanese General Matsui Iwane ordered the destruction of Nanking. The city was burned and Japanese Troops launched a series of violence towards the civilians. The name "Rape of Nanking" came to be as the Japanese raped over 20,000 females of all ages and mass killed all around 150,000 male specimens. The females were mutilated or killed in the process.
