After the departure of Francisco Costa and Italo Zucchelli in June, the news followed with the announcement of Raf Simons as the Chief Creative Officer for Calvin Klein. The news was released on social media with a black and white image of him on Tuesday afternoon.

As mentioned, he would be overseeing both the menswear and womenswear for Calvin Klein, who will be supported by Pieter Mulier, who is now creative director at Calvin Klein. His first debut collection was the Fall Winter 2017 collection during New York Fashion Week.
