The appointment of Raf Simons as the creative director for Christian Dior gave the brand a new era. It was almost a year after the immediate dismissal of John Galliano with his anti-semitic rant.He was appointed to takeover the entire womenswear of Christian Dior which included the Ready To Wear and the Haute Couture collections except for Dior Homme which is still lead by Kris Van Assche, himself.
