Shay's Rebellion (aug 29, 1785 – jun 1, 1787)
Description:
Some of the states are $broke$ after the American Revolution.
Massachusetts owes their soldiers a lot of money and they still need to rebuild.
In 1786, a group lead by Daniel Shay decide to attack government buildings to try to get money owed to them from the American Revolution. They even attack the government workers. (Pretty similar to the Sons of Liberty).
In essence, it’s “screw you please die”
There are rebellions throughout the country.
